Notice builder

Create a legal notice online — free draft & optional advocate review

Creating your notice on this page is completely free — use the structured template, AI from your description (once you add a proxy URL), or write it yourself; then edit, preview, and download. You only pay if you optionally add a paid lawyer service below; otherwise there is no charge.

You can add a lawyer later if you want. First-time users who choose a paid add-on get these introductory prices (GST if applicable on confirmation). We confirm everything before you pay.

Optional paid help (not required to use the free builder)

  • Review your draft — a lawyer goes through it, can change wording, and gives suggestions. You can also upload an earlier notice you received or sent, and get advice on it. ₹1,299 ₹599
  • Full notice by lawyer (₹1,999) — you’re connected on call with an advocate who hears your case, gives tailored suggestions, then prepares and builds the complete legal notice for you (not just tweaking your draft). ₹4,999 ₹1,999

First user offers on the add-ons only; the free builder above stays free. Standard list prices are the struck-through amounts. We confirm what applies before you pay.

How do you want to start?

All three options below are free to draft—no card and no payment unless you add a lawyer add-on later.

This tool does not provide legal advice. A qualified advocate should finalise the text before you rely on it or send it to the other side, especially in serious or court-related matters.

For the firm: email delivery & AI

Each submission is sent through Web3Forms when you set WEB3FORMS_ACCESS_KEY in notice.js. The client’s address gets the “reply” field; the firm receives the full notice. File attachments in the form may require a Web3Forms plan that supports attachments; the page will still name files in the message and can fall back to WhatsApp if upload fails.

AI path: Set NOTICE_AI_CONFIG.proxyUrl in notice.js to a server-side proxy (see workers/notice-openai-proxy.js). The OpenAI key stays on the worker, not in the browser.
